Transactions

Transactions

The Transactions section shows all transactions that are directly related to consumers.

It provides a clear overview of how consumer balances change over time and helps you understand and review individual account activity.

What Is Included

In the Transactions view, you can see:

• Product purchases made by consumers in the kiosk view
• Balance adjustments, such as manually adding, subtracting, or setting a consumer’s balance
• Refunds, for canceled purchases

Product orders and supplier-related transactions are handled separately and are not shown in this section.

Filtering Transactions

To quickly find relevant information, you can filter transactions by:

• Date – view transactions within a specific time range
• Consumer – view all transactions for a specific consumer
