Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first screen you see when opening Tapper as an admin.
It provides a clear, visual overview of the most important information about your collective, all in one place. The dashboard is designed to give you instant insight into how your shared drinks and food system is performing—without needing to navigate through multiple sections.
What the Dashboard Shows
The dashboard combines key metrics, charts, and summaries, including:
- Kiosk sales – an overview of consumption and sales activity
- Current stock – a snapshot of what is available in your fridge or pantry
- Consumer balances – an overview of how much consumers have available or owe
- Profit – a high-level view of income versus expenses
- Team account balance – the expected balance of your cash box or bank account
- Top-ups – recent and total account top-ups by consumers
- Recent transactions – the latest consumer-related activity
Time Periods
For selected charts and metrics, you can adjust the time period.
This allows you to:
- Review recent activity
- Compare different time ranges
- Identify trends in consumption, spending, or top-ups
